Ingredients

  • 4860 Brussels sprouts, halved
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 24 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Trim Brussels sprouts. Mix maple syrup, brown sugar, and cayenne.
  3. Cut bacon in half and brush with syrup mixture.
  4. Wrap each Brussels sprout with bacon, place seam side down, and brush tops with remaining syrup.
  5. Bake 30–40 min until bacon is crispy.
