- 48–60 Brussels sprouts, halved
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 24 slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Trim Brussels sprouts. Mix maple syrup, brown sugar, and cayenne.
- Cut bacon in half and brush with syrup mixture.
- Wrap each Brussels sprout with bacon, place seam side down, and brush tops with remaining syrup.
- Bake 30–40 min until bacon is crispy.
