- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp organic better than bouillon beef
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons coconut aminos
- 1 ½ teaspoons coconut aminos plus ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2–3 drops Kitchen Bouquet browning and seasoning sauce, optional (can also use Gravy Master)
- ¼ cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold dairy-free soy free butter (such as soy free Earth Balance or violife)
Instructions
- In a pot, mix chicken broth, beef broth, and bouillon.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, coconut aminos, and vinegar mix.
- Heat the mixture until warm.
- In a small bowl, mix cold water and cornstarch until smooth.
- Slowly stir cornstarch mix into the warm broth.
- Cook, stirring, until gravy thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in dairy-free soy-free butter substitute.
- Serve warm.
