Ingredients

  1. 1 pound thick cut bacon, cooked & chopped into bite sized pieces
  2. 68 small/medium gold Yukon potatoes, boiled & diced into bite sized pieces
  3. 1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
  4. 1/2 onion, diced 
  5. 8 large carrots, peeled & sliced
  6. 4.5 cups oat milk
  7. 1/8 cup organic better than bouillon
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  11. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  12. 810 oz non dairy cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and chop bacon, potatoes, and ham.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Stir in cooked bacon, potatoes, and ham.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer, till everything is soft and flavorful (about 20 mins)
