- 1 3/4 cups yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
- 2 TB baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 TB potato flakes
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3/8 cup melted vegan soy free butter, measured
- 1 TB canola oil
- 1 1/3 cups oat milk +1 tsp ACV
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients together, till smooth. Pour into a lightly oiled 8×8 dish.
- Bake 33-35 mins, or till slightly golden brown on top. (Should be 190F in the center).
