Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cups yellow cornmeal
  2. 1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
  3. 2 TB baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  7. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  8. 3 TB potato flakes
  9. 1/2 cup applesauce
  10. 3/8 cup melted vegan soy free butter, measured
  11. 1 TB canola oil
  12. 1 1/3 cups oat milk +1 tsp ACV

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, till smooth. Pour into a lightly oiled 8×8 dish.
  3. Bake 33-35 mins, or till slightly golden brown on top. (Should be 190F in the center).
