- 6–8 Yukon gold potatoes
- 3 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the potatoes: Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into evenly sized strips or wedges.
- Toss with oil and seasonings: Place the potato strips in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Add salt, pepper, and any other seasonings (such as garlic powder or paprika) to taste.
- Arrange on a baking sheet: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure they’re not overlapping.
- Bake: Cook for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Let them cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
