Ingredients
Scale
- 4 TB oil
- 2 lb pork roast meat
- 1/2 onion-1 onion (to taste)
- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 1 pound large carrots
- 1 vegan gluten free brown gravy packet
- 48 oz beef broth
- 3–4 TB cornstarch dissolved in 4 TB water (Add more for a thicker stew)
- 1 can peas undrained
- seasonings to taste= salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic
Instructions
- Season & brown meat, onion, potatoes, and carrots in a oiled pan on medium heat.
- Add in the gravy, broth, cornstarch mixture. Simmer on medium-low heat.
- Add peas in at the end. Simmer 5 more minutes.
