Crispy, golden-tipped roasted broccoli with a hint of garlic and olive oil—simple, healthy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp minced garlic (optional)
  • Optional garnish: lemon wedges, vegan parmesan, or toasted white poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
  5. Serve as is, or garnish with lemon wedges, vegan parmesan, or toasted white poppy seeds.
