- 48–60 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- Optional: ½ tsp black pepper or garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Trim Brussels sprouts and place them on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt (and optional spices), and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread in a single layer. Roast 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway, until crispy on the edges and tender inside.
- Serve hot.
