Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 4860 Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Optional: ½ tsp black pepper or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Trim Brussels sprouts and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt (and optional spices), and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread in a single layer. Roast 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway, until crispy on the edges and tender inside.
  5. Serve hot.
