Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup turkey drippings, OR 4 TB cornstarch/arrowroot powder dissolved in 4 TB water
- 1/3 cup any all-purpose gluten free flour (contains xantham gum)
- 1 cup oat milk, full fat, OR plant based cream
- 3 cups chicken or turkey broth
- 1/8 cup organic chicken bouillon paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4–1/2 tsp pepper, to taste
- giblets from turkey, puréed or finely chopped, optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a pan on medium heat till thick and creamy (about 15 mins)
