Ingredients
- 1 homemade chocolate crust *See notes for store-bought options
- 1 batch homemade chocolate pudding, **See notes for store-bought option
For the topping:
- 3–5 oz enjoy life chocolate chips, crushed
- 1 cup homemade whipped cream, OR vegan cool whip
Instructions
- Make homemade crust or get out store-bought one. Sprinkle 1-2 oz crushed vegan chocolate chips onto your crust.
- Follow instructions for storebought or homemade pudding and then when done, pour pudding over crust.
- Cool in fridge 3-6 hours.
- Top with vegan whipped cream and crushed vegan chocolate chip shavings.

*Store-bought crust options: 1 mi-del chocolate, OR 1 graham cracker crust
**If you want to make store-bought chocolate pudding, you can. Just follow the instructions and ingredients on the box. You will need one 5.9oz box of store bought pudding mix. We like using this corn free, vegan one for an allergy friendly option. If you dont mind having animal products in the gelatin, Here is a list of some other options.
