- 1 Liter ginger ale, cold
- 1 Liter Club Soda, cold
- 2 (12oz containers) Apple punch concentrate, thawed in the fridge
- 10–12 large scoops (about 1.5–2 pints/about 2 containers) Talenti Dairy Free Raspberry or Strawberry Sorbetto Ice cream
- 8oz fresh sliced strawberries OR fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Prepare a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser.
Make sure it’s clean and has enough capacity to hold all the ingredients. (4-5 liters/1-1.5 gallon capacity) - Pour in the fruit concentrates.
Add the apple concentrate to the bowl. Stir to combine. - Add the chilled sodas.
Slowly pour in the Ginger ale and the club soda. Stir gently to mix without losing too much carbonation. - Add the sorbetto and fruit.
Scoop 10-12 large scoops of raspberry or strawberry sorbetto into the punch. Let it float on top—it will slowly melt and add flavor, color, and a creamy texture. Also, add in fresh strawberries or raspberries. - Serve immediately.
Ladle into cups, making sure each serving gets a bit of sorbetto and fruit. Enjoy cold!
