  • 2 cups vegan soy-free white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, whole or pieces
  • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry crumbs

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt white chocolate until smooth.
  3. Stir in strawberry crumbs to make it pink.
  4. Spread chocolate on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle whole freeze-dried strawberries on top.
  6. Chill until firm, then break into pieces.
