- 2 cups vegan soy-free white chocolate
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, whole or pieces
- 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry crumbs
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth.
- Stir in strawberry crumbs to make it pink.
- Spread chocolate on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle whole freeze-dried strawberries on top.
- Chill until firm, then break into pieces.
