Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  2. 1 cup organic powdered sugar
  3. 2/3 cup any all-purpose gf flour
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1/2 cup softened soy free vegan butter, refined coconut oil, OR homemade vegan butter (if both seed free & top 9 free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl, till mixture begins to stick together and is both wet and crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a 8 to 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Poke 8-10 holes in the crust with a toothpick, to help it cook properly.
  5. Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes, till crust hardens slightly.
