Ingredients

- 1 schar pizza crust or soy free one here, OR a homemade crust
- 1/4 cup oat yogurt OR veganaise (yogurt is my preferred, but veganaise is good too. you can also make this pizza without the yogurt or veganaise; it will just be a dryer texture)
- 1 tsp minced garlic OR 3 cloves sautéed and quartered
- 1 bag of daiya mozzarella shreds, OR homemade vegan cheese
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 6 baby tomato halves
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2/3 chicken breast shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cover pizza crust with a thin layer of yogurt, then garlic & cheese.
- Add spinach, then bacon, tomatoes, and lastly chicken to the top.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or till edges of crust are golden brown.
