Ingredients

- 1 schar pizza crust (contains soy), OR soy free one here, OR homemade
- 1/8 cup oat yogurt OR veganaise (yogurt is my preferred, but veganaise is good too. you can also make this pizza without the yogurt or veganaise; it will just be a dryer texture)
- 1/8 cup BBQ sauce, of choice
- 1/8–1/4 onion, diced
- 1 bag of daiya mozzarella shreds, OR homemade vegan cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2–3 chicken thighs OR breast, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat the chicken and onion in a pan on medium heat, till chicken is thoroughly cooked. Shred chicken.

Cover the pizza crust with a thin layer of that sauce, then cheese. Then add chicker and onion & bacon bits on top. - Bake 10-12 minutes or till edges of crust are golden brown.
