Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chicken, turkey, or pork
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs or oats
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch + 6 tbsp water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cornstarch + water and let sit 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add everything to a bowl.
  4. Mix just until combined.
  5. Shape into a loaf.
  6. Brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake 45–60 minutes (165°F / 74°C inside).
  8. Rest 10 minutes, then slice.
