- 2 lb ground chicken, turkey, or pork
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs or oats
- 2 tbsp cornstarch + 6 tbsp water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cornstarch + water and let sit 1–2 minutes.
- Add everything to a bowl.
- Mix just until combined.
- Shape into a loaf.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Bake 45–60 minutes (165°F / 74°C inside).
- Rest 10 minutes, then slice.
