Ingredients

- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped, OR 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1.5 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Follow your heart Parmesan flakes, for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Purée one can of diced tomatoes in a blender till both chunky and smooth & then dump all ingredients into a pan to heat till boil. Take off heat and serve with pasta or meatballs.
