- 10 potatoes boiled till soft & peeled, about 2 lbs
- 1 cup (268g) non-dairy milk of choice, I use oat milk
- 1/4 cup (51g) soy free/non-dairy butter
- 6–8oz melted non-dairy cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, while mashing the potatoes into a chunky creamy consistency. If you want it creamier, keep on mashing.
- Optional: If you want, pop your mashed potatoes into a baking dish and broil on high for 5 mins, or till lightly golden and crispy on top.
- Serve with desired gravy, meat, or sides.
