Ingredients & Substitutes
  • 10 potatoes boiled till soft & peeled, about 2 lbs
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice, I use oat milk
  • 1/4 cup soy free/non-dairy butter
  • 6-8oz melted non-dairy cream cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Mashed Potatoes

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, while mashing the potatoes into a chunky creamy consistency. If you want it creamier, keep on mashing.

Optional: Scoop your mashed potatoes into a baking dish and broil on high for 6 mins then turn pan and do an additional 6 mins, or till lightly golden and crispy on top.

Serve with desired gravy, meat, or sides.

Common Questions
  1. How should I reheat my mashed potatoes? We love to scoop our mashed potatoes into a 9×13 baking dish and broil them for 6 mins, turn dish, and broil for another 6. This makes for a nice crispy top, with soft fluffy and creamy insides.
