A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Usually, you’ll find me in the kitchen wearing my schnauzer apron, inspired by all the schnauzers my family and relatives have owned and loved. I love to cook allergen free meals that people don’t realize are allergy friendly. The best compliment I can receive is “Wow, that was made without gluten? I don’t believe it!”

I’m passionate about making top 9 allergen-free food that tastes as close to the real thing as possible, without sacrificing flavor or texture. I love keeping meals simple and easy for busy days, but I’m also not afraid of a little extra effort when it means better results in the kitchen.
