Like myself, maybe you or a loved one has multiple dietary restrictions, allergies, or intolerances. These dietary restrictions can make it difficult to find recipes that cater to your needs and wants. That’s why I started creating these allergy friendly recipes many years ago; household products and food should be safe and delicious. ALL RECIPES CAN BE MADE FREE FROM THE TOP 9 ALLERGENS:

- tree nuts (including coconut)
- peanuts
- fish
- shellfish
- sesame
Furthermore, if you have any further allergies like corn, legumes, mustard, etc., please feel free to use substitutes listed in the recipes or reach out to me for help. Almost all of my recipes cater to these additional allergens.
