I love pizza and it has been so nice to find one I can eat and still enjoy eating. This recipe makes 14-16 slices of pizza.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 schar pizza crust (contains soy), OR soy free one here, OR 1 homemade crust
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 bag of daiya mozzarella shreds, OR homemade cheese
  • pepperoni, for topping
  • Other optional toppings: extra cup of cheese for cheese pizza, cooked beef, tomato’s, sautéed onion, bacon bits, mushrooms, spinach, or chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cover pizza crust with a thin layer of marinara, then cheese & pepperoni.
  3. Add any additional desired toppings.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or till edges of crust are golden brown.
