- 2 (2.8oz packages) cooktop non-dairy vanilla pudding mix
- 2 (3oz packages) strawberry jello mix, OR 8 (0.7oz packages) plant-based strawberry jello [if vegan]
- 3 cups water
- 2 (9oz containers) vegan cool whip [if you can do corn and legumes], OR 1 batch of homemade
- 10oz mini marshmallows
- 2 (16 oz containers) sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Whisk the vanilla pudding mix, strawberry jello mix, and water together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then remove and pour into a large mixing bowl.
- Cover and place the mixture in the fridge to chill for 4 to 6 hours.
- Take out of fridge and genly stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in fridge for an hour before serving.
