Ingredients

- 12 oz gluten free rotini noodles
- 4 cups broccoli cooked
- 1 pound cubed ham
For the white sauce:
- 1 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- 2 TB gluten free flour (I like using the Walmart brand), or Namaste flour
- 2 TB smart balance butter, OR homemade
- 1 1/2 cups daiya mozza shreds cheese
For the topping:
- 1/3 cup gluten free panko
- 1/3 cup daiya mozza shreds (or mozza and cheddar shreds —i just don’t like the nondairy cheddar flavor)
- 2 TB melted smart balance butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Boil & drain pasta. Set aside for later.
- Mix all the white sauce ingredients into a pot and heat on medium high till cheese is melted.
- Season the white sauce with garlic, salt & pepper to taste.
- Mix the pasta, ham, & broccoli with the white sauce into a 9×13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle on the remaining topping: cheese & panko crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins or till top is golden brown
