
Vegan Graham Cracker Crust (Gluten, Soy, Nut Free)

- 1 ½ cups (150 g OR 8–10 crackers) homemade graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp (84 g) melted vegan butter
- 2–3 Tbsp (25–35 g) brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Crush baked graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- Mix crumbs, melted butter/oil, and sugar until it looks like wet sand.
- Press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes or chill 1 hour for a no-bake crust. Use in a vegan cheesecake, a whipped pumpkin pie, chocolate sun butter pie, or other desired pie.
