Bruschetta Dressing
Bruschetta Dressing, pronounced “Brew-sket-uhh”, is one of my new favorite allergy friendly salad dressings. I found it at the one restaurant I can safely eat at in my hometown and recreated the recipe at home! It’s traditionally served on bread but is great on salad too!
History of Bruschetta
Originally, Bruschetta dressing was drizzled onto stale bread to make the stale bread more enjoyable & longer lasting. However, as time has passed, bruschetta is now used not only on stale bread, but on fresh crisp bread & salads! If you want to find out more about the history of bruschetta, here is where I found my information!
