  • 1 ½ cups (150 g OR 810 crackers) homemade graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp (84 g) melted vegan butter
  • 23 Tbsp (25–35 g) brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush baked graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crumbs, melted butter/oil, and sugar until it looks like wet sand.
  3. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes or chill 1 hour for a no-bake crust. Use in a vegan cheesecake, a whipped pumpkin pie, chocolate sun butter pie, or other desired pie.
