I know some of us are really struggling to make foods that are both allergy friendly and foods that our kids actually will want to eat.
As I have journeyed through this way of eating for many years, here’s my go to homemade and store bought ideas. All of the homemade recipes are strictly top 9 free, plus some can be made corn 🌽 and legume 🫘 free with substitutes. The store bought items are also top 9 free, according to the ingredients list, but please ALWAYS double check ingredients and cross contamination information before serving them to your children, as our needs will all vary. I don’t want your kiddos to get sick!
