Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) rapid rise yeast
  • 1 TB sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water (100-105 degrees)
  • 2 1/2 cups (419g) gf all-purpose Namaste Flour & an extra 1 TB for sprinkling on top of dough
  • 1 TB (12g) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (8g) salt
  • 1 tsp (7g) apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup (98g) olive oil (Yes, you read that right! The oil helps with the softness and fluff of this crust).
How to Make Fluffy Pizza Crust

Preheat oven to 200 and then turn off.

Meanwhile, proof yeast with water and sugar in a bowl for 15 mins. Your yeast mixture should be foamy. If it didn’t foam about 1/4 inch on top, throw that batch out & repeat this step, because your yeast was bad or water was too hot.

In a kitchen aid, or by hand, add in all ingredients together and mix till the batter is smooth.

Spread out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. You can either make a rectangle pizza crust or circle.
Then lightly sprinkle crust with extra flour.

In warm, but turned off oven, let the crust rise for about 20 mins.

Preheat oven to 400 and cook crust for 10-15 mins, till edges look a little crispy. Then use crust for your desired pizza recipe!
