Ingredients & Substitutes
- 1 schar pizza crust (contains soy), OR soy free one here, OR 1 homemade crust
- 1/3 cup marinara sauce
- 1 bag of daiya mozzarella shreds, OR homemade cheese
- pepperoni, for topping
- Other optional toppings: extra cup of cheese for cheese pizza, cooked beef, tomato’s, sautéed onion, bacon bits, mushrooms, spinach, or chicken
How to Make Pepperoni Pizza
I love how simple pepperoni pizza can be! Simply Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cover pizza crust with a thin layer of marinara, then cheese & pepperoni.
Add any additional desired toppings.
Bake 10-12 minutes or till edges of crust are golden brown.
